LocalPro Carpet Cleaning (“we,” “us”) provides carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning services. This policy explains what information we collect from our customers, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Contact details: your name, phone number, email, and service address.
Job details: the services you book, appointment notes, and photos of the work.
Payment records: amounts, dates, and receipts. We never see or store your full card number — card payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Helcim.
Messages: text messages and calls between you and our office.

How we use it

To schedule, perform, and follow up on your cleaning service.
To send service messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, “on the way” alerts, receipts, secure payment links, and review requests.
To keep accurate business and accounting records.

Text messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number when booking or communicating with us, you agree to receive service-related text messages from LocalPro Carpet Cleaning. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your scheduled service — we’ll call you instead.

Promotional texts (deals and cleaning reminders) are sent only to people who tick “Text me deals and reminders” on our booking form, invoice or payment page. Ticking it is never required to book or pay, and we keep a record of when and where you agreed. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

What we share

We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our operations — payment processing (Helcim), text and phone service, scheduling software, and similar — and only as needed to serve you, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to support your service history, warranties, and our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices
