Terms of Service

Effective July 16, 2026

These terms cover cleaning services booked with LocalPro Carpet Cleaning. Booking an appointment means you agree to them.

Our services

We provide carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and pet stain & odor removal using an advanced low-moisture cleaning process with eco-friendly, non-toxic solutions that are safe for children, pets, and allergy sufferers. Carpets are typically dry in about an hour.

Appointments

  • We schedule an arrival window and text you updates, including when your technician is on the way.
  • Need to reschedule or cancel? Just call or text us as early as you can — at least 24 hours’ notice is appreciated.
  • Quotes given at booking are estimates based on what you describe. If the job differs when we arrive, your technician will confirm any price change with you before starting.

Payment

  • Payment is due when the work is completed.
  • We accept cash, check, and card.
  • Card payments are processed securely by Helcim. We never see or store your full card number.
  • If we text or email you a payment link, it’s valid for 14 days. If it expires, call the office and we’ll send a fresh one.

Text messages

Booking with us signs you up for service-related texts (confirmations, reminders, arrival alerts, receipts, and review requests). Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out any time or HELP for help — details in our Privacy Policy.

Deals and reminders: if you tick “Text me deals and reminders” on our booking form, invoice or payment page, you also agree to receive occasional promotional texts from LocalPro Carpet Cleaning (seasonal deals and cleaning reminders) at the number you gave us. Ticking it is never required to book or pay. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop all texts, or HELP for help.

Our guarantee

If something about the cleaning isn’t right, tell us within 7 days and we’ll come back and re-clean the area at no charge. Our responsibility for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Your home

Please let us know before the visit about anything fragile, valuable, or unusual in the work area, and secure pets during the appointment. We treat your home with care and our technicians are trained professionals.
